clean room friendly staff excellent location small room security deposit slow refund
The room was clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that. the location was also excellent.
the room was very small. the photographs was to show larger rooms! i had to pay a security deposit, though i was told it would be refunded immediately after i checked out.

convenient location modern interior bar service ineffective staff unavailable kettle rooftop bar
The location was convenient for accessing various attractions. The room was clean upon arrival and the modern interior design added a touch of elegance. The service at the bar was good, I enjoyed the drinks (especially the cocktails!).
I found the staff to be friendly but not always effective. I asked for a kettle and was told there weren't any. The rooftop bar, a key reason I booked, was often closed, or it closed early, that disappointed me.
