The room was clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that. the location was also excellent.
the room was very small. the photographs looked to show larger rooms! i had to pay a security deposit, though i was told it would be refunded immediately after i checked out.

The location was convenient for accessing various attractions. The room was clean upon arrival and the modern interior design added a touch of elegance. The service at the bar was good, I enjoyed the drinks (especially the cocktails!).
I found the staff to be friendly but not always effective. I asked for a kettle and was told there weren't any. The rooftop bar, a key reason I booked, was often closed, or it closed early, that disappointed me.
